Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership Fees

Monthly membership fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once charged.

Medical Services

Fees paid for completed medical consultations, evaluations, and professional services are non-refundable.

Medications

Prescription medications, compounded medications, and supplements cannot be returned or refunded once ordered, shipped, dispensed, or prescribed, except where required by law.

Cancellation

Patients may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically entitle the patient to a refund for previous charges.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days so we can review the matter.
