1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Thryve Medical (“Thryve,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
2. Services Provided
Thryve provides telehealth consultations with licensed providers, wellness and hormone optimization services, and prescription fulfillment through third-party pharmacies. We do not guarantee prescriptions. All treatment decisions are at the discretion of the licensed provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where our providers are licensed, and provide accurate medical information.
4. No Emergency Services
Thryve is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.
5. Membership & Billing
Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel anytime, but charges already processed and services already rendered are non-refundable.
6. Prescription Policy
Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate. Medications are fulfilled by third-party pharmacies. Thryve is not responsible for pharmacy delays or shipping issues.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful, complete medical history, follow provider instructions, and not misuse prescriptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thryve is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or outcomes from treatment decisions made by licensed providers.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes.
